In 2024, it established its Australian subsidiary – S&J Prefab and Building Materials Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "S&J"). Targeting the new building materials sector as a strategic breakthrough point and leveraging technological innovation as the core engine, S&J is driving the Group's profound transformation from a traditional construction service provider into a green technology enterprise. This marks a step beyond localized development boundaries, accelerating the Group's advancement towards becoming an international and global corporation.

S&J已与Australia Sunlight Group（以下简称“ASG”）达成正式战略合作。双方将充分整合资源，依托ASG在工业回收与再生利用领域的深厚积淀，在澳大利亚昆士兰州共建现代化生产基地，为当地市场供应高品质建筑材料。此次合作将重点聚焦创新建筑材料的研发与商业化应用，初期以木塑复合材料（Wood-Plastic Composite, WPC）为核心产品方向。该材料通过挤出木粉与回收塑料制成，因其优异的户外耐久性，广泛应用于住宅及景观美化项目的露台、围栏、墙板等领域。

S&J has formally entered into a strategic partnership with Australia Sunlight Group (hereinafter referred to as "ASG"). The partners will fully integrate resources, drawing upon ASG's extensive expertise in industrial recycling and reuse, to jointly establish a modern production base in Queensland, Australia. This facility will supply the local market with high-quality building materials. The collaboration will prioritize the R&D and commercialization of innovative building materials, initially focusing on Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) as the core product line. Manufactured by extruding wood powder and recycled plastics, WPC offers excellent outdoor durability, making it widely suitable for applications such as decking, fencing, and cladding in residential and landscaping projects.

当前，澳大利亚市场在结构性与预制化WPC构件（如墙模、建筑模板等）领域存在显著供给空白，蕴含着巨大的增长潜力。尽管众多本土品牌标榜“澳大利亚制造”，但具备完整本地化生产线者实属凤毛麟角。S&J立足澳洲本土、规模化利用回收塑料生产WPC的独特定位，将使其在抢占这一高价值细分市场机遇中占据显著优势。

Currently, the Australian market exhibits a significant supply gap in structural and prefabricated WPC components (including wall modules and construction formwork), representing substantial growth potential. While numerous local brands promote themselves with the "Australian-made" label, those possessing fully localized production lines are a rare exception. S&J's unique positioning – firmly rooted in Australia and utilizing recycled plastics at scale for WPC production – will grant it a distinct advantage in capturing the opportunity within this high-value niche market.
